No statistics show that reforming education makes a significant dent on poverty. The best poverty reform is actual poverty reform and the best education reform is also poverty reform.

By “poverty reform” I mean things like good state-supplied daycare, tutoring, food stamps, healthcare, and a guaranteed basic income.
